The _IMVSmartControlEvents Interface is the event interface for
the MontiVision Smart Control
.

Signals that a video device has changed. The MV Smart Control
could only detecting the lost of a current used video device. To
get more information about lost/new devices look at the
IMVSCFilterGraph::CheckVideoDeviceChange method.
