MV Constant Framerate DirectShow Filter
The MontiVision Constant Framerate filter converts an into an constant output stream. Use this filter for example with the IP Camera Source filter to save a stream with an constant framerate independent of the arrived input video images. This filter doesn't works with interframe compression formats like MPEG or DIVX.

| Framerate | Set the constant output framerate. Set this value before connecting the output pin. If you change the framerate reconnect the output pin so file multiplexer filters (e.g. AVI Mux) could use the new framerate. |
