The MontiVision Development Kit provides library, module and package files for using the controls and filters within the Borland Delphi environment. The installation folder of the development kit contains a delphi folder. This files could also used with Borland Delphi 2005.
Take the following steps to setup your Borland Delphi 2005 environment for use with the MontiVision Development Kit within Win32 applications:
1. Open the package from the delphi folder from the MV Development Kit folder. select the Open Project... command from the file menu.
2. Upgrade the project to Delphi for Win32
Now the project bar should contain the MVSDK project
3. Compile the package
4. Install the package
5. Now the tool pallette contains the MontiVision ActiveX Controls
Take the following steps to setup your Borland Delphi 2005 environment for use with the MontiVision Development Kit within .NET applications:
1. Select the Installed .NET Components comand from the Component menu.
2. Open the ActiveX Components page, select the MontiVision ActiveX controls and press OK.
3. Now the .NET tool pallette contains the MontiVision ActiveX Controls.
