The MontiVision I/O RS232 Trigger Source Filter triggers its output pins after receiving defined events from the specified COM port. It supports multiple trigger output pins which are created dynamically. On the creation of a pin, an event that triggers the pin is specified. This filter can for example be used to capture still images from a video stream on a specified COM port event using the MV Image Grabber. It can be used with every MontiVision filter that provides a trigger input pin.
